My coaching programs are designed to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to make informed decisions and create new habits that will improve your health and wellbeing. As your coach, I will guide you and empower you to take control of your health and transform your life.

—HOW IT WORKS—
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We’ll first set up your initial consultation so I can learn more about you. This will be about 45 minutes to 1 hour, where we’ll discuss your current lifestyle, health concerns and your goals. We will talk about food, diet, weight, eating behaviors, your health history and the health of your family. All of this information is important in designing a healthy lifestyle program that is completely tailored to you!

COACHING SESSIONS {via in-person, Skype or phone}
After your initial consultation, each following session will be about 55 minutes. In these sessions, we’ll create sustainable solutions for your health concerns by setting small goals for you to work on. We will check in on your progress, handle any hurdles that come up and breakthrough barriers that may be holding you back. We’ll end each session with some actions items to keep you motivated and focused!

PERSONAL GUIDANCE, SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY
As my client, it is my commitment to help support you every step of the way as you move towards a healthier and happier new lifestyle. All of the knowledge and tools that you’ll gain throughout your program will empower you to make the best decisions for your health. You’ll find that navigating food choices will become easy as you will no longer be relying on extreme restrictive diets or your “willpower.” Throughout your journey you’ll come to learn more about your body and exactly what it needs, and you will have developed a deep respect for yourself to honor those needs.

>>Maintaining a healthy weight without restrictive diets and while enjoying the foods you love
>>Using food as medicine to manage and prevent chronic health issues
>>Simple ways to improve digestion
>>How to make sensible choices while dining out so you don’t have to sacrifice your social life
>>Practical ways to manage stress and comfort yourself without turning to food
>>How to read food labels, navigate the grocery store and meal plan & prep like a pro
>>Learning to listen to your body and eat intuitively 

Each session is completely personalized to help you be your healthiest self! I will guide you to establish new food habits and lifestyle choices that will nourish you from the inside out.
